"I'm not smug about it." Edmond is making his way over unassisted. So he opts against helping him unless he specifically asks him to. No need to baby him, after all.
"I mean, you had a good time, too, didn't you?"
Of course he did. Eiden has absolutely zero doubts about it. It's not entirely his fault. Just a lot his fault.
Huff! Asking him questions like that, and of course he's expecting a reply. Edmond scowls at him a little, but... not really very much. Damn it, Eiden.
"I suppose..." Huff... "Yes, I did have a good time."
And he does manage to get across the room without help, though he opts to put his hand on Eiden's shoulder when they get to the bathroom door.
He smiles, leaning to place a soft kiss on Edmond's cheek. It's a quick, affectionate action. "I'll take care of the rest, then," Eiden shifts with a smile. He moves, helping guide Edmond towards the bath tub. He's careful not to offer too much help.
"But all that matters is you had a good time."
After all, sex should be fun for the both of them. That's what he wants.
